Драйвер Intel UHD graphics 600

Так и не вышло у меня разобраться с данными драйверами. Видел выше решение - поставить убунту, но очень не хочется этого делать. Уважаемые форумчане, как я понимаю, у Вас нет вариантов, как можно решить задачу?

Да, извиняюсь, думал ответил...

Выполнил - nano /etc/default/grub
заменил - GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet" (Вроде такая строка была, как помню, а не GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
на
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="i915.alpha_support=1 quit splash"

Сохранил, обновил граб
sudo update-grub

Но, разрешение экрана так и осталось тем-же порочным.
Может быть я в чем-то ошибся?

Вам нужно добиться чтобы интеловский драйвер загрузился, можно даже ручками попробовать modprobe  сделать. Разрешение после этого можно будет настроить.
