Решил проверить диск с помощью smartctl, вот что выдало:

VALUE это текущее значение (остаток здоровья)
THRESH - это значение при котором умрет

Ну а так копите денег на новый винт, еще как вариант попробовать его форматнуть, и по новой переразметить, смущает то что счетчик
Reallocated Sevtor Count по нулям, обычно когда винт сыпется то тут больше нуля, но бывают случаи когда показаниям смарта верить нельзя, вроде показывает 0 битых секторов а в один прекрасный момент помрет
