Изредка лагает и пропадает звук

Здравствуйте!
Возникла такая проблема, что на Debian 13 Trixie попросту подлагивает звук и вместе с этим "фризит" систему. Перебпробовал многое в интернете, но ничего не помогло.

P.s.
Также иногда ощущаются сами фризы в системе во время использования (во время движения курсора мыши он иногда резко фризит и уже потом продолжает свое движение), не совсем понимаю от чего это
