Вещание видео и звука в сеть

В общем пробовал я запустить трансляцию по ip с помощью vlc в форточках получалось без всяких танцев с бубном.

А вот с Debian Jessie 8 SMP 3.1.16.7-ckt25-2+deb8u3 вот уже вторые сутки танцую и в бубен бью.

Модель камеры Genius eMessenger 310 - знаю старая, за неимением другого пользуемся чем имеется.
Cheese камеру видит, даже снимает изображение, pulse auido(звук) информирует что звук с микрофона снимается.
VLC стоит последней версии.

Когда начинаешь вещание vlc либо просто крашится или завершается процесс, при этом ошибки не выкидывает. В логах /var/log  ничего не пишется почему завершается. Либо я не в те логи смотрю.

В общем тема такая:

Необходимо используя машину на debian jessie к которой подключена камера на usb порт, запустить вещание в сеть. Когда с другого компа переходя по адресу vvvv.xxx.yyy.zzzz:_port подключаться и получать картинку(видео) и звук.

Уже столько времени убил... А понятие не имею получиться или нет завести эту связку.
