Debian в emergency mode

В общем поставил себе Debian 8 в качестве backup сервера. 6 HDD в 10 soft RAID (mdadm), систему на флешку 16гб.
Разметка флешки:
2Gb - swap,
500 mb - boot - ext2,
Остаки под /. - btrfs с флагом ssd.

Проработал он у меня в таком состоянии оч. не долго 2 месяца где-то и вываливается в emergancy mode. Подозреваю что, что-то с флешкой но до конца собрать картинку во едино в голове, пока не получается и обращаюсь за помощью к сообществу.

По логам как я понял что не может найти устройство v165w, как раз она самая флешка, но она подключается по usb, и раньше проблем не возникало.

P.S. Понимаю что за такую организацию файлового хранилища по рукам дать надо. Но в организации денег на нормальный RAID-контроллер не дают, и пришлось как то выкрутится. И во вторник я узнал что больше нету бэкапа.
P.P.S. Если где-то уже всплывала подобная тема, и я гуглив пропустил, прошу ссылку в тему.

За комментировал строчку в fstab с монтирование массива, загрузился.

Не совсем понимаю как это помогло. Сейчас перемонтирую из /media/backup в /mnt/backup.

P.S. Хм. Когда смотрел в /media обнаружил что /boot находится в нем. Я либо это никогда не замечал и это норма, либо что то еще не так.

Я сейчас пребываю в несколько офигевшем состоянии.

Решил глянуть в fdisk и не обнаружил своего raida, от слова вообще. Т.Е. все сделанные копии БД отсутствуют.  Можно конечно собрать заново массив и начать писать на него, но если такое повторится? Как такое могло случиться???

Заранее скажу, доступ к серверу, а так же пароли, знаю только я.

Сейчас как я понимаю, если вновь создавать raid все данные на HDD у меня исчезнут, не получится что собрал... и вот они?

Ладно, в этом завтра предстоит разобраться.

Я про логи. А массив как создавали? И Вы лучше не словами, а приводите команду, её ответ и что ожидалось. Это насчёт fdisk и т.д.
И вообще, флешка дело такое, ненадёжное, особенно для backupserver. Лучше выделить место для системы на 6 HDD.

Тем более не делать swap на флешке.
Мало видеть нам начало - надо видеть и конец. Если видишь ты создание - значит где-то есть ТВОРЕЦ

Массив создавал как обычно через mdadm. Прежде через fdisk разметил под linux RAID.

Собрал командой во едино.
mdadm --create --verbose /dev/md0 --level=10  --raid-devices=6 /dev/sda1 /dev/sdb1 /dev/sdd1 /dev/sdc1 /dev/sdf1 /dev/sdh1

После он собрался, и прошла синхронизация. Длилась она долго около 3х дней, потому как 6 HDD на 3 TB каждый.

После наблюдал состояние периодически поглядывая в
cat /proc/mdstat

И все работало, до вчерашнего дня.

1. Вчера первым делом заметил что не доступно расшаренное по сети пространство через samba. По сети по ssh так же не смог подключиться.
2. Пошел в серверную. Проверил массив
cat /proc/mdstat
Все как обычно в норме.
3. Решил перезагрузиться и тут уже он выходил в emergency mode.

Я вначале не понял в чем дело. После того как создал тему на форуме, решил закоментить строку в /etc/fstab с массивом.
И он загрузился. Смотрю в fdisk -l и md0 нету, через blkid не выдает uuid. Конечно не выдаст, если устройства нету, но в том состоянии удивления хотелось все таки узреть.

Мда. Похоже итог в том что на флешки не стоило, вот и полетело. Буду кумекать как по другому организовать backup server. И если повезет выклянчу деньги на контроллер.
