не пойму в чём причина ошибки. Не могу сделать update до версии 10.1. Не могу скачать какие то обновы.

мог я поломать систему, установив последний либра офис скайп? Подскажите, можно ли это поправить без переустановки? Подскажите в чем причина, если можно?

В итог приблизительно так и сделал. Заменил сорс лист на другой.

Тем не менее вопрос о том, почему одна из записей стала неверной для меня остается... Если сравнить 2 листа, можно увидеть,  что появился новый репозиторий.
