Что значит сеть видит , точки доступа видны , что значит не соединяет, пароль не берет?  Расскажи хоть что нибудь.

По опыту использования тп-линков они любят так делать.
Пока с ними сношаешься, они не работают, подзабьешь на них, и он заработает )))
